Shipping Policy

When you select your shipping method your order will be sent to you via UPS or USPS. You may select a specific shipping method for speed of delivery. We reserve the right to upgrade your package to another shipping service, at no extra cost, in order to insure the fastest delivery possible (for instance UPS Ground to USPS priority mail). We also include a slight handling charge for each order to cover expenses incurred; this expense is included in the cost you see at checkout. For this reason fees may be higher than what you might find at the post office or at UPS.

***NOTICE*** Due to occurrences of CUSTOMER FRAUD and MAIL THEFT, YOU the customer, agree not to hold ShopWars liable for (LOST or MISSING) orders we have shipped that are shown as delivered to the address and/or zip code you provided us in your order. We will assist any customer by providing tracking information to law enforcement officials if you choose to file a report for lost or stolen mail. We apologize in advance for these types of scenarios, however we WILL NOT file insurance claims on delivery confirmed items. If insurance is purchased, insurance claims may be filed ONLY for undelivered or damaged packages. Again, insurance claims WILL NOT be accepted or filed for lost or missing packages that are shown as DELIVERED.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, please note that we ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and US Federal holidays. Backordered items generally ship within 2-10 business days provided they are available from the manufacturer. USPS Express orders are only shipped Monday through Friday until 4pm each day. Express orders placed after 4 pm Friday or during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday or the first business day if Monday is a Federal Holiday. They are usually guaranteed delivery the next day or 2 days depending on delivery location. Orders placed by 4pm CST Mon-Fri are shipped the same day, providing the product is in stock.

Military Address (APO/FPO) ShopWars ships all orders sent to APO and FPO Boxes via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. Very Important: Your package is only insured to your military address. ShopWars.com is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, it must be filed 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled.

For buyers paying via Paypal, we will ONLY ship to the confirmed Paypal address. As a company we must follow Paypal's rules and regulations, which states that we must ship to the provided, confirmed address on the Paypal account. Please ensure that your shipping address on your Paypal account is up-to-date and confirmed in their system. Shipping labels are printed and generated in bulk; requests for shipping to another address CANNOT be seen.

Please wait 14 days before notifying us if your package does not arrive. This is the required wait time before we can file a claim. After 14 days, we will put a tracer on the package, file a claim (if possible) and decide whether we will refund or reship at that time.

Return Policy

Exchanges:

Within 30 days upon receiving your order, at your expense, you may return any unopened product(s) for an exchange as long as the product is in resalable condition and untampered.  Customers are required to contact us in order to obtain a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) before shipping any products back to our facility. Customers can obtain an EMA by either contacting us through e-mail or over the phone.  We require ALL products returned to our facility to be insured with tracking and delivery confirmation.  Exchanges are handled directly with customer service.  Please call them to make arrangements so you are not charged the 5% restocking fee.

Returns:

Within 30 days upon receiving your order, at your expense, you may return any UNOPENED product(s), for a refund, as long as the product is in resalable condition and untampered. Customers are required to contact us in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before reshipping any products to our facility. Customers can obtain an RMA by either contacting us through e-mail or over the phone. We require ALL returns to be insured with tracking and delivery confirmation, so that we may process your refund in a timely manner. The original shipping and handling cost for the order is NON refundable. If your order was "free shipping" your shipping charge will be calculated based on the following formula:  10% of your order total with maximum shipping charge to be $10.00.  Example:  If your order total was $50.00 and had free shipping then you would be refunded less the 10% of $5.00 to equal $45.00.

Please note that there is a 5% re-stocking fee on all returns. Before a refund can be issued, the returned item(s) will be reviewed to ensure that the product meets the above criteria (unused and unopened). If these two conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. 

All sales on clearance items are FINAL. 

Any package returned by USPS or UPS for reasons such as unknown or insufficient address can be reshipped for $5 or a refund can be issued less the cost of shipping and the 5% re-stocking fee.

Packages returned by international customs due to the denial of a products entry or a package left unclaimed CANNOT be reshipped and will be issued a refund less shipping and the 5% re-stocking fee. Please note that international customers are responsible for checking with local customs in regards to the allowance or entry of a product into their country, as well as customs fees/duties. We are NOT liable for any extra fees/duties your customs may require. 

If you wish to cancel your order and do so before we have shipped your product (before receiving your shipment email notification with shipment identification number), there is only a 5% order cancellation processing fee.
